Iron & Ivy Forged handcrafts the ornamental steel stand and framework. The glass aquarium and any included electrical equipment are manufactured by third parties. Only items expressly listed in the product description are included.

Safe installation and use

Place the system on a stable, level surface with flooring capable of supporting its total filled weight. Follow the glass tank manufacturer’s support requirements and all supplied installation and equipment instructions. Never move a filled aquarium, climb on the stand, or lift the assembly by decorative vines, flowers, or other ornaments. Keep children from climbing or pulling on the structure.

Inspect regularly for leaks, cracks, corrosion, loose components, or instability. Discontinue use if damage or an unsafe condition develops. Do not modify the tank or stand without first obtaining appropriate guidance.

Third-party warranties

Any manufacturer’s warranty is governed by that manufacturer’s terms, eligibility, and installation requirements. Warranty coverage or transfer to a subsequent buyer is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Iron & Ivy Forged excludes liability for incidental or consequential losses, including loss of aquatic life and water damage to surrounding property. Nothing in this notice excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Buyers are encouraged to confirm whether their insurance covers aquarium leaks and related property damage.
